2026 TE Brock Harris Recaps Oregon Visit
As we know Oregon is working hard on future recruiting classes. And it’s never too early to get a jump start on the elite recruits in the 2025 and 2026 classes.
This weekend Oregon hosted the No. 1 ranked tight end in the 2026 class. Pine View (Utah) tight end Brock Harris is the No. 26 ranked player in the On3 Industry Rankings in his class and is the top-ranked tight end.
He spoke briefly with ScoopDuck about his visit for the Civil War and what stood out.
“It was great,” Harris told ScoopDuck. I got a tour around all the facilities and they are hands down one of the best I’ve ever seen. I met up with coach (Drew) Mehringer before the game, during warmups, and after the game. That was really cool because it shows how much he cares. I think our relationship is the strongest out of all the coaches. I can tell he is a genuine person that wants to build a strong relationship with my family and I.”
Harris also met with Oregon’s head coach during his visit.
“I also met with coach (Dan) Lanning after the game. His energy is great, all the players definitely look up to him.”
He wasn’t alone on the visit as his family made a return trek to the state of Oregon.
“I brought my dad, grandpa, and brother. They all loved it for sure. Growing up in Oregon we all were excited to see them play and they didn’t disappoint.”
The four-star noted a few items that stood out from the visit.
“What stood out was the coaches, facilities and the atmosphere. It definitely was a place that I would love to play football at.”
Early in the recruiting process these are some of the schools showing the most early interest.
“I hear a lot from Utah, Oregon, BYU, Oklahoma State, Georgia, Texas A&M and others.”
