Tennessee baseball is back at Lindsey Nelson Stadium Tuesday evening for a midweek contest against Kansas State. First pitch is scheduled for 6 o’clock eastern time.
The Vols (11-1) have won 10-straight ballgames and will be squaring off with the Wildcats (7-3) for the first time in program history. Right-handed reliever Aaron Combs (0-1, 6.23 ERA) is slated to get the spot-start while weekend southpaw Owen Boerema (1-0, 4.70 ERA) will pitch for K-State.

Outfielder Nick English currently leads the squad with a .391 batting average in eight games. Designated-hitter Jayden Lobliner and second baseman Brady Day share a similar stat line that includes hitting at a .359 clip in 10 games with three home runs and 15 runs batted in.
