Report: Scott Drew to remain at Baylor despite being linked to other openings
With 68 teams currently competing for a national championship, everyone else is beginning to prepare for the 2024-2025 season. This includes the coaching carousel, with multiple high profile jobs currently open. Baylor’s Scott Drew has been linked to a couple of them but will reportedly not be leaving Waco.
According to Jeff Goodman of the Field of 68, Drew will return to Baylor and not be accepting another job this offseason. Drew has mainly been linked with Louisville, potentially making a move from the Big 12 to the ACC. Instead, he will continue to build his already great legacy with the Bears.
“BREAKING: Baylor’s Scott Drew will remain at Baylor, sources told @TheFieldOf68,” Goodman said via X. “Drew obviously had been a top target of Louisville and other schools.”
